I seem to be finding quite the plethora of interesting graves on this voyage. I guess it is to be expected. Death is one of the only things common between all of us. Maybe that’s why I am drown to these places. Yet, even though we all die, even in death, we are individuals. That brings me to todays grave located in Topeka Kansas. It is the grave of Carrie Kiene who was a young girl who died in 1885 when she was only five years old. In tribute to their young daughter, her parents had a statue of her built over her grave.
