As I drove through the small suburban Florida neighborhood, my expectations were low. What had been described to me as “a psychedelic explosion of color”, couldn’t possibly be that great in a drab neighborhood like this. In most communities, neighbors quickly shut down art projects that could be seen from the street. I was told that this one was different though.
